The purpose of Diversity In Business (DIB) is to identify, connect and motivate minority and women entrepreneurs in our greater Rochester community. Through entrepreneurial roundtables, online toolkits and resources and conferences, DIB provides entrepreneurs with the tools, resources and networking opportunities needed in order to increase business ownership, market and training opportunities.
