Women Entrepreneurial Roundtable
The Women Entrepreneurial Roundtable focuses on the needs of women business owners. This specific roundtable is a resource for small business owners who want to start and grow their business. Members of the roundtable interact with other women entrepreneurs to exchange advice on fundamental business issues over a cup of coffee/tea, typically on the 3rd Friday of each month at the Chamber’s boardroom.

How the roundtable works:

1. Discussion topics are determined by the needs of the group. Topics include business plan development, hiring, financing, marketing, customer service, business resources, profitability and more.
2. Participants benefit from the advice and mentoring of other members around the table, the business topics pursued by the group and the business relationships that provide continuing opportunities to advance their business goals.
3. The women entrepreneur roundtable meets regularly on the 3rd Friday of every month at 7:30 a.m. The roundtable is limited to 25 women. It is not mandatory that you attend every session, but the roundtables are built on a small-group concept, where members attend regularly.

SCORE Business Roundtables
SCORE Business Roundtables, co-sponsored by the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, focus on topics that are important to you (from marketing to growth, and business planning to funding opportunities). Each roundtable is facilitated by a SCORE mentor and are designed to help you grow your business network, discuss topics that matter to you, get feedback and helpful advice, learn from the success of others and connect with experts and entrepreneurs. Inventors Roundtables (RAEDI)
The Rochester Entrepreneur Network (R.E.N) was incubated through RAEDI, Rochester Area Economic Development Inc., as a means to bring together local inventors and entrepreneurs. The purpose is to offer creators the ability to receive encouragement, learning, and networking. The vision of R.E.N is to cultivate creative thinking and passion, into viable, economically enhancing products and businesses. R.E.N's members will work to push Southeast Minnesota as the leading incubator for new, viable products and businesses. R.E.N is a public network open to any one aspiring to cultivate their ideas. The group meets the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at the Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. office at 220 S. Broadway Suite 100, main floor of the Holiday Inn Express.
